Two sacred group sessions per month. Sessions are via Zoom at 7pm on Monday evenings (second and fourth Mon of the month) and run for approx. 90 mins.

Each evening will include a blend (of some or all) of guided activations, teachings, movement, meditation, and Q&A.

Accompanying tools, materials and downloads where appropriate.

Online group chat on Messenger for sharing and connecting and being in community with fellow light-minded souls.
